With the power of Miu, a girl claiming to be his daughter from the future, protagonist Yukiha manages to secure a better fate for himself.

"its gonna be a new future from here!"

Taking Mius words to heart, Yukiha and his chosen partner set off on their new path together.
However, it seems that the journey wont be as smooth as they thought...

In "Fragments Note+ AfterStory", you can enjoy the story that follows the events of the previous title, "Fragments Note＋".
The sequel contains a continuation for each of the main heroines routes; Mischa, Haya, and Eri.
